In addition to normal duties, developed independently computer software programs based on FORTRAN for the Noise Simulation on 1973, and further developed unique technical calculation for such useful techniques such as Liquid and Gas pressure loss, the Queuing simulation, Project Execution Control System, etc by DBase Application, Lotus1-2-3 and Ms Excel. I think that PMBOK and earned value analysis are still higher level and requires a lot of resources in the regular engineering project business. In this web, I would like to introduce a part of my know-how, technical calculation and project control technique in easier ways before I entirely retire the engineering business.
