Akira Hoshino have been continuing, as rotating equipment engineer, project engineer and project manager, the opportunity in participation of the development of new oil & gas industries in international engineering areas for high quality at high efficiency under harmony with the local people, by using the various experiences and capabilities accumulated through many years of successful practices over than 40 years.

Systematically accumulated wide range of technologies in the fields covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning, not only of mechanical and machinery, but also of process, instrumentation, electricity, and civil engineering, in accordance with international codes and standards including American standards and Oil Major standards.

In addition to normal duties, developed independently computer software programs based on FORTRAN for the Noise Simulation on 1973, and further developed unique technical calculation for such useful techniques such as Liquid and Gas pressure loss, the Queuing simulation, Project Execution Control System, etc by DBase Application, Lotus1-2-3 and Ms Excel.

I think that PMBOK and earned value analysis are still higher level and requires a lot of resources in the regular engineering project business.  In this web, I would like to introduce a part of my know-how, technical calculation and project control technique in easier ways before I entirely retire the engineering business.
